I get open notifications from myself - how can I stop them?

How do I turn off tracking when I open an email that I am opening?
How do I turn off tracking when I open an email that I am opening? It seems counter intuitive to track my own opens from my mail client (outlook). I still want to track when the recipient opens the email.
