Create reusable set of form fields
The thought here is to be able to create a set of fields that can be reused on multiple forms, but if you edit or add to the group it applies globally, similar to a global module within the design manager/site templates. I recently had to add 3 Beitrag ansehen

Manage Workflows Timezone
We would love to have the ability to select the timezone for the workflow when setting it. Some context here: we send email campaigns out targetting customers from different countries. We send those emails around 9:00AM. HubSpot assumes that the t Beitrag ansehen

Managing the availability of team members on live chat
I am overall responsible for managing our live chat. With the new chat, is there a way for me as an admin to view which users are online currently, and change a user's status to away/online? For example when someone forgets to switch to offline befo Beitrag ansehen
