Need more filter options in shared inbox
The filters within the shared inbox when creating a custom view seem very limited. I would be able to filter based on sender or subject line for example, so that we could better manage a lot of the automated emails that come into our shared inboxes. read more

Rotate conversation owners
I would like to be able to rotate conversations owners in a shared inbox. I have a large service team, all operating out of the same inbox. I would like the ability to ensure they're all receiving the same amount of workload.
