Currently, HubSpot SMS only works with contact-based workflows—this doesn't work for us as the deal triggers emails and SMS order updates. So, we will continue to pay for a third-party SMS company until HubSpot changes its functionality.

It would be great if we could customize the search bar results, so that when we search a name, we can see which ticket stage they are in, or who the ticket owner is, etc.
