Accurate reporting for agent first response time
Accurate reporting for chat flow. Agent first response time is only measured during business hours. A filter to show only that response time would be greatly beneficial.

Form submission to deal conversion report
Creating a report showing ROI for the number of samples we send/deals received from those leads. When a customer fills out a sample request form, detailed information about any won deals from that form submission. ie: I want to know how many read more
