Reset Ticket ID numberseries or create our own
Hi Our current Ticket ID number series are 9 digits long, if at any point we have to relay on this number to identify an issue the chanses it will be missread is significant. Would be great if we could reset it to start from 1 again or if we read more

I have a lot of clients who are using HubSpot as a CRM and the #1 complaint is the UI on records. The most important information for a CRM user (customer service, account manager, etc.) is the record's data properties, not the record's activities. read more

Expand and minimize Ticket view
Currently 75% of my screen is useless to me. I am creating tickets (RMA's) for my customers and the entire ticket system is relegated to the left 25% of my screen. This means that i have to scroll those 60+ fields for information about my RMA's/T read more
