It is currently not able to create more than one survey for each type of survey ( customer loyalty survey, customer support, customer experience ). It would be great if it's able to create more than one survey for each type of survey so that use read more

It would be useful to be able to manage CES surveys as CSAT and NPS ones (by language)!

For NPS surveys, the only type we can select is "Customer Service communication", and it's not possible to select it for Marketing emails. So we had to create two different subscriptions for the same purpose. Would be very helpful to be able to read more
