Customize the Task types

This is a little embarrassing that users have been asking for this simple feature since 2017 and yet no action from Hubspot at all.

Send a link to a customer Survey (NPS, CSAT, CES, or Other)
Currently, customers can only engage with an NPS via a web page pop-up or HTML-style email. I want to have a link generated to an NPS survey that I can then send to customers via email or SMS. It would be much more targeted than a pop-up as we only read more
