Sales Emails Spell Check

Creating a link for a document
In sales Hubspot I can upload a document and then create a link in my email for my customer to click and view or download. How do I do something similar in Marketing starter? Please let me know Thank you

Customize Call Outcome options
I would like to be able to customize the drop down list from the call outcome option as it doesn't represent the outcomes I would like recorded. Is this possible? Otherwise can we turn it off so it doesn't state no outcome on the timeline?
