Option to upload files in a custom field
We should have an option in the Custom Field Type - "Upload". So that one can upload attachmnets directly to the object type and use it's personalization token to send emails, rather than attaching files manually and send emails or other purposes to read more

Integrate Shopify Account - Customer portal with Hubspot's Customer Portal
This is for all e-commerce businesses, who use shopify. It would be great if some how Hubspot's Customer portal can be Sync'd with Shopify's Account, so that the end customer, doesn't need to have 2 seperate login's. one for ticket access and other read more

Option to Display Specific Ticket Properties in Customer Portal
Currently, Tickets that get created show up in customer Portal, which is fine. However, we don't have an option to display selective Ticket Properties when a Ticket is Created. That would be really helpful, eg: we can display custom proeprties i read more
