Bot Chat Display Wait time
Bot Chat has an option to connect with agents, but it doesn't have an option to show the Wait Time message. This is a major flaw and would like to see this added in the near future.

Call Option For Third Party From Inbox

Shawdow Calling Features
It would be beneficial to have a shadow-calling feature that allows supervisors/members to listen to the conversation. The supervisors/members can help provide ideas to the member speaking without interrupting customers, and it's also a great way to read more
