When tickets are merged, it doesn't say who did the merging. When working in big teams, it is really helpful to know who merged a ticket with another one to know who to go back to with questions and/or train them on what should be merged and what sh read more

I've contacted support for this and they pointed me to making this Feature Request. I'd love the option for a client to see the original ticket description they submitted in their customer portal that doesn't require me to do this workaround found b read more
