Ability to weight reps in a round robin using workflows
It will be very useful to have the option to weight reps in a round robin workflow. Hubspot doesnt have this feature at the moment. For instance, I would want for every contact assigned to rep A, rep B gets 2 contacts assigned to them.

Round Robin - company owner
We would love to have the feature "If contact is owned by a team member...." to also include, if the contact is not known by HubSpot, but has a URL known, the company owners availability will be shown.
