Is there a way to trigger knowledge base articles with an autoresponder when someone emails into support? Essentially, when someone emails support@domain.com needing to update their billing info it could trigger a knowledge base article on how to read more

To help service clients I think it would be a great tool/feature to have the ability to trigger knowledge base articles based on keywords when clients email support inboxes. This helps with support avoidance for simple questions that can be answered read more
