Like other objects, we should be able to allow users to create their own lead views and allow admins to create promoted lead views. Furthermore, allow leads to be filtered by owner and have the ability to view all leads, even if not assigned to read more

Ability to add personal inbox or connected email account to conversations inbox. This way sales reps can read emails, respond, etc without the need to use email client.
