Additional Conversation Statuses
Currently in the conversation inbox there is only an open and closed status. We funnel our support channels through 3 different conversation inboxes and often email threads will need to sit in an open status for up to 2 weeks. It would be very helpf read more

Night mode
It'd be fab if HubSpot had the option for a night/dark mode to improve the UI. Did my eyes in working in the Chatflow tool all day (with blue-light blocking glasses!)

Yes Hubspot, please add a dark theme. My eyes hurt after working out of hubspot for a few hours.

Change font back to old one
PLEASE change your font back to the old one 🤓 the current one makes my eyes hurt and I feel irritatingly wasted when looking at it, especially when checking the task overview which makes it all the more worse 😂 Please please feedback to your read more

Allow connection of Office 365 shared mailbox to Hubspot shared mailbox
My understanding is you can connect an Office 365 shared mailbox to a personal Hubspot account with IMAP settings, however, this option doesn't seem to bve available for the team shared mailbox connection in Hubspot. This would be extremely usef read more
