I enjoy solving problems and helping others - my favorite challenges are creating or improving processes, helping people be more efficient, and finding workarounds or creative solutions. I've been using HubSpot since 2016 and have had this strange orange glow ever since. I recently joined maka Agency to provide tech support for POWER Pro theme and while my focus is still on keeping customers happy by resolving issues and helping them make the most of the theme, I also do a bit of marketing, project management, and demo calls. I spend every day doing what I love, if I'm not working, I am either hiking at one of the national/state parks with my husband and daughter, spending time in the garden, traveling to new places to see the latest architecture, or reading something new.

Bulk edit/add/remove blog tags
I would love the ability to bulk add, edit, or remove tags from blogs. Especially helpful during blog redesigns or restructuring your blog to be more search-friendly. Currently, you have to individually go into every post to edit a tag.

File format for the communications
For day to day comunications with customers we attach 3D Digital files. However we cannot so this through the conversations tab or within the records on hubspot. Is this possible through another mean other method via hubspot direct.
