Workflow - Ability to Create Notes

Selected properties be displayed when creating ticket record

Super Admin rights to update user profiles
Super Admins should have the ability to update user profiles, including user first/last names, image/avatar, contact phone number, and email signature. This would drastically speed up and simplify the on-boarding and support process.
