Right! This feature exists if processed through a workflow. How hard is it to add a new button on the Deal or Ticket? That's a ridiculous philosophy....Leer más

You should be able to clone Knowledge Base articles like you can blogs and webpages

I was shocked to discover this isn't a feature already available. This would be so beneficial for many workflows.

We're having issues where a customer forwards us an email they recieved and it opens a new ticket for the original sender of the email, NOT the user who forwarded it. This has caused issues when they forward us notification emails from GoDaddy, Leer más

We need to have multiple teams collaborating on specific issues; for this to work, it would be essential to have a "clone ticket" feature and to be able to associate them, so both owners receive notifications.

Yes, this would be extremely useful for setting up standard responses for Support tickets.
