Search in all the fields in company
We have a custum field with client numbers. our support department needs to find quick the client by using the client number. So let the seach bar search in every field you made, that would solve a lot of issues.

Hey @MvanDaVinci . You can make a custom field searchable by going to the settings of that custom property and marking it as searchable.

Chat notifications
The notification sound for live chat is too low. It would be great if there were more loud sounds which ring for a longer time so that we could know even when we are away! Please do this asap :(((

Select different tones for sound notifications or change pop-ups based on what the notification is
