I've created a field, but I need marketing emails to go to preferred name first, and then if blank default to contact name. Can this be done?

Reply to Allow custom colour pallets in reports
This is suprisingly important - I have clients organized by temperture - red, green, or yellow and it's so silly that I have to use pink for red.
