Add Preferred Name to Contacts
For anyone sending marketing or sales emails, the ability to automatically populate templates with a contact's preferred name as default and fall back to given name. For example, If my contact Michael Smith prefers to go by Mike, any template I use read more

I've created a field, but I need marketing emails to go to preferred name first, and then if blank default to contact name. Can this be done?

Schedule recurring events with Meetings
I think it would be great to be able to schedule a recurring meeting with a contact. At the moment you can schedule meetings & integrate this with your calendar but you can't schedule it to happen every week, month etc, so you need to continue a read more

This would be invaluable - we schedule monthly meetings and it is a huge pain to add them all individually

Reporting on Task Ques
When creating a report, I would love the abillity to report on Task Queues (how many open, how many closed, owner, date). All of our reps have some of the same task queues that we would like the ability to see more numbers on. That would be great if read more

Allow custom colour pallets in reports
In the build report from scratch you can use custom colours, this should also be available for normal default reports rather then the current colour palette options

This is suprisingly important - I have clients organized by temperture - red, green, or yellow and it's so silly that I have to use pink for red.
