Activity feed visibility control by teams / business units
Who is this feature for? Everybody who wants to control the visibility of sensitive data in the activity feed (like not to share data between departments or when setting up business units and the units have shared contacts). What is the goal Beitrag ansehen

Auto Rotate, ability to mark user as on vacation or sick to remove/skip them in workflow
We have a pretty big sales team and we require them to respond to leads quickly to them being received. If a lead sits without a response for more than 15 minutes we are not doing our work the way we would like. We use a handful of workflows to dist Beitrag ansehen

My client needs this please! Tickets are allocated to teams and rotated evenly. If a team member is away we have to remove them from the team
