Workflow connections - duplicate emails
When looking at the details for a workflow sending emails, if I look under 'Connections' and the emails used, the list includes several of the same email. I can't find any details about this, but would like to know what it's telling me. The read more

Why can't I re-enrol based on email clicks?
I want to be able to enrol contacts who have clicked on any of a number of set emails, then change a property value. Once that property value reaches a certain number, the workflow sends a notification and then resets the property value. I want read more

How to retrospectively track/measure repeat engagers (opens, clicks etc) in emails
I have a workflow for a series of emails and I have been asked for a list of contacts who have engaged more than once. I can see which individuals have opened and clicked emails, but we want to be able to see who has opened or clicked more than once read more
