This would be great to see more context around the Search Terms with No Results provided in the Knowledge Base insights currently.

It would be very helpful to be able to analyze the use and the response rate to Snippets (that contain a link for example).

I have tried to find ways to Change the Ticket Owner on a Status Change, but they are all very time consuming and not full-proof. Although auto-assigning tickets and having people work them is ideal, when agents get behind, it becomes problematic. Leia mais

Beyond Hubspot's own limitations, I am curious to know if there may be any apps that function in flagging priority conversations within the inbox?
