Monday.com Pros and Cons - My company is looking to switch...

How does the hubspot Merge impact the Salesforce Database?
We are merging contacts in Hubspot. I am curious how this impacts the Salesforce Duplicate records? Does Salesforce Delete the record? If not, should we be merging from within Hubspot?

Insert New Lead into SFDC regardless if Matching Contact Exists
Instead of Hubspot records syncing to existing contact records based on email match, can we force the creation of a new contact in Salesforce as Lead everytime the record meets the criteria of our inclusion list.
