マーケティングEメールで、フォームの入力欄に入力がなかった場合、空欄（もしくは「入力なし」）を表示したいです
Marketing Hubのフォームで、「ご質問など」の入力欄を任意入力にしています。 ワークフローで「コンタクト登録トリガー」を作成し、 「 任意のページ で フォーム02（該当のフォーム） に入力したことがある 」を条件として、マーケティングEメールを送信するようにしました。 問題なのは、 同じエンドユーザーが2回目にフォーム送信したとき、 「ご質問など」に入力がない場合、1回目の送信内容がEメールに記載されてしまうことです。 「ご質問など」の入力欄はコンタ read more

Mary Kashima 様 CRMに格納しているデータを表示してしまうのは仕方ないということですね。 ログは残しておきたいので、2のチケットオブジェクトを使う方法にしようと思います。 詳しくありがとうございます。
