Currently we can not tell WHY people unsubscribe. There is no report to generate about the why. MaillChimp had that feature. Feature request is to add a drop down with reasons unbsubscribers can pick from as soon as they hit the unsubscribe link 続きを読む

There is no ability to resend the email to non-openers in Hubspot. Many other marketing email platforms (e.g constant contact) offer this. It is frustrating to first build a list of non-openers and then resend, which happens to be the workaround.

It would be helpful if in a starter package, we could have a feature that automatically sent the original email again to people who had not opened after five days or so.

When using a smart module in an email, it would be helpful to have the ability to add an image. We can add links, emojis, and personalized tokens, but no image. In my scenario, we send customers an email when they contact us, telling them who their 続きを読む

It's great that we can see the errors in a workflow, but it would be even better if we could clear them from the New Workflow Error Tab. For example, I have an error messages based on a contact unsubscribing, so obviously, the email could not be 続きを読む
