Workflow Based Reports
It is crazy to me that hubspot doesn't have workflows as a data source for reports. There is literally a "report" that is built into the Goals (and then Details) section of workflows, so it technically exists, it's just not available as a repor read more

Editing the "resubscribe" prompt under email box when someone has opted-out
I think it would be great to add editing ability to the resubscribe prompt on email. It's great to customize the resubscribe email, but right not the "opt in" "Opt out" language feels very marketing jargon and it would be nice to personalize the sta read more

A/B testing elements within an email

Flexible access to Conversation Templates for all users
Right now all users can see five Conversations Templates. But unfortunately teh five that anyone can see are the first five ever created in your instance. This isn't useful, as the first templates were potentially tests, or after a couple years, woe read more
