Is there a way to control the display order of objects associated to a deal in the deal view right-hand panel? For example, when a deal has multiple contacts associated, it appears that the contacts are randomly ordered in the view. We have als Leer más

How come we can't add "cost per unit" as a percentage of price, like we can for discounts? This seems like something that is pretty basic and we've been disappointed that this hasn't been added yet. For companies that sell based on a margin, like in Leer más

I have customers who have a habit of replying to an old email related to a previously closed ticket as a means to initiate a new ticket. As you can imagine this automatically reopens the old ticket and appends the details of a completely unrelate Leer más
