It would be helpful if within a HubSpot contact record, we could compose and send an individual sales email and mark it "High Importance". As of now, I have to compose the email in Outlook and add the exclamation point (high importance) there - the read more

When you add contacts associated witht he company it pushes everyone else down. Can we have a way to pin certain contacts at the top so that contact and their info/profile are easily accesible and we dont have to go into 'view all contacts'
