Ability to create an internal seed list to include on marketing sends without creating contacts
We would like to be able to create an internal list (of employees, not marketable contacts) that can be CC'd on each marketing email. We do not want these to be tracked nor do we want these associated with contacts as they are employees.

Automatically calculate Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and associate with a contact
It would be great to have details about CLV for each contact. I know it's possible to have a workaround for this ( https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Calculated-properties-for-transactional-data/m-p/238284 ) but as a key metric for m Beitrag ansehen

Allow connection of Office 365 shared mailbox to Hubspot shared mailbox
My understanding is you can connect an Office 365 shared mailbox to a personal Hubspot account with IMAP settings, however, this option doesn't seem to bve available for the team shared mailbox connection in Hubspot. This would be extremely usef Beitrag ansehen
