Current Behavior: Only CES survey is posted survey can be associated with ticket owner although it's not doable for CSAT Desired behavior: need to make CSAT survey posted after each transaction (ticket from pipeline) and to be associated with Beitrag ansehen

Support confirmed that there isn't a way to associate a ticket record with a survey in reports, as surveys are specifically only associable with contacts - it isn't possible to build the report where the ticket owner would come out w Beitrag ansehen

i have created a custom survey (CSAT + Open feedback) and the trigger of this survey is when a ticket is solved however after checking the below article in KB found it trigger on the contact level so customer will be surveyed once and I can't enable Beitrag ansehen
