This could work with Bots as well, tagging me or my team when a visitor has initiated a chat with the bot, but before it gets transfered to us.

It would be SUPER helpful for my team if we had to ability to create tasks without due dates. There are simply some tasks that while they need to be created to make sure they are in a queue, are not important enough to assign a due date. Does a read more
