Option for Agent Name in team email in Outlook/ 365 connected accounts.
My company changed from gmail hosted emails to Outlook and after re-adding the Outlook Team Email in my inboxes I can't edit the Agent Name 'send from' field anymore. I understand from this forum this is due to technical restrictions with Outlook. read more
