It is possible to create an alias in the live chat only version. However it is not possible to use an alias in the live chat when you are using the combination of a chat bot and a live chat. As a result you have to give out your colle read more

I am new to creating chat flows and bots, and it seems like it would be possible to have a bot get to a certain point, and then ask the question, would you like to speak to a live specialist, and then have it go into the normal chat. Would anyone kn read more

As mentioned before by Tim, it is possible to switch to the live chat. However you do not have the option to use an alias as the live chat more

Playbooks need to be able to be donwloadable or exportable from the contact or company's profile so that all of the notes and information is retained when extracted from HubSpot.
