If it was possible to see if a contact has more than 1 ticket open at any given time we would use this too. - Set tickets as High-Priority - Merge tickets This was a basic feature in Zendesk Support that we recently transitioned from.

We would really like to have the ability to bulk merge Tickets (although this may be helpful for Contacts and Organizations too) We often have people who bombard us whenever they have an issue being resolved. This means that they may submit a read more
