Clone tickets
We need to have multiple teams collaborating on specific issues; for this to work, it would be essential to have a "clone ticket" feature and to be able to associate them, so both owners receive notifications.

Exporting Knowledge Base articles
It will be nice if there's an option to export KB articles 🙂 As we do have the option to do so in website pages, landing pages and blogs.

Using workflows to autocreate quotes
I would like to be able to use a form submission to auto-generate a quote. It's currently possible to use a workflow to create a deal, but I'd like to be able to go a step further and have the workflow create a deal and quote simultaneously.

Reports dashboard - be able to click on URL properties
On the reports dashboard, it is really inconvenient to not be able to click on URL properties (like the website of a contact) in table rows and open them in a new tab. Currently, we need to click on each contact's profile in order to access the URL Lire la suite
