Customise live chatbot font
Currently, one has to squint to be able to read the messages on the live chat on the website. Is there an option to customise the font size. I am surprised that Hubspot does not have this considering inbound is important and one of the important too read more

Do you know how many of these important features make it to the roadmap and actually get implemented?

Styling of Chat text
Would love the ability to style the text in the chat box. This would be great so the chat box can fit better with the visual identity of the website. For example it would be great to be able to change the color and also the font of the welcome read more

I completely agree with this. Right now, the font too is so small that one has to squint to read the message
