Add Contact Lists to Dashboard
Would love to be able to create a contact / company list and have it saved to my dashboard, so my dashboard would be my single source of truth. I understand I can create a report and then click into it and export the list, but having just the list read more

Can't see the Reply-To Address in Hubspot Service

Compose multiple drafts in Conversations inbox
We cannot compose more than one draft in the conversations inbox. Currently, if you are replying to an open conversation, that draft will save. However, the ability to compose more than one draft in a new thread would be extremely beneficial.
