導入して活用を始めたばかり＆コンタクト数も少ないので現状は、ほぼ毎日90分くらいかけて精査してます。

３ヶ月に一度見直し（更新）が良いかと思いました。会社の決算、日本では四季もありますし自分自身も３ヶ月で考え方と出来事の受け取り方が変わる傾向にあります。
