It would be very useful to be able to generate or see in Insights a report on the tags associated with each published article. This is especially true since we cannot otherwise see or edit the tag list.

Once a tag is created in the Knowledge Base it can't be deleted. So misspelled or out of date tags can still be used by the article creators. It doesn't affect the visitor/viewer of the articles, but keeping things clean and organized is a must in t read more

Another clearly defined and rational user request that continues to be ignored. We cannot even examine the whole list. Ridiculous.

The related articles section is a great feature, but sometimes due to the nature of the subject, the articles suggested are totally unrelated, and cause confusion. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the list of suggested related articles. read more

It will be nice if there's an option to export KB articles 🙂 As we do have the option to do so in website pages, landing pages and blogs.

I've noticed over about the past week that when I enter Keywords for Search to our Knowledgebase articles, I'm seeing an abbreviated and unorganized list of my keywords with repeated prompts to Load More. There is no order to how terms are presented read more
