It could be very helpful to have the option of using visitor information/behavior e.g. browser language for the inclusion/exclusion rules within the feedback survey targeting (especially NPS), same as the option available for chat targeting.

It would be very useful when pulling leads into the prospecting tool that we are not limited to leads who have entered specific lifecyle stages within the last 180 days but could have the option of choosing 'all time'.
