Bring back the right side panel in the Tasks section!

Trouble with Ticket Description Cutting Off During Export
I am in the process of exporting my ticket view records and the description column in the CSV export doesnt always fully populate. Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve? I am guessing it is because of the carriage return in the desc Lire la suite

Pause tasks being sent to specific team members from Workflows

I agree, this should be a basic feature/option. Its very challenging not to be able to show this data in the CRM.
