SLA to work with connected whatsapp channel
we have an SLA on our inbox and have recently integrated a whatsapp channel with it. but in the SLA inbox settings it seems to work with other channels just not those through the whatsapp channel. This is quite annoying as it makes it a struggle to read more

automatically mark emails that are sent with high importance as high priority
so think this would be good as systems like outlook already have the feature to send emails with high importance so the teams know the email need to be delt quickly. so in the automation where you set that emails that come into hubspot inbox A g read more
