Knowledge Base Article Titles - External URL Re-Directs/Software Downloads

Email Notification for Repeat Form Submissions
On Hubspot, you can set up email notifications to receive an email everytime a form is submitted, which is great. However, if a customer submits the same form more than once (say 6 months later), you do not get an email notification, and it can read more

Filter Tickets by Unassigned & Ticket Owner in One View
We would love the ability to be able to filter tickets by ticket owner, and all unassigned tickets, in one view. Our agents need to see their own tickets, and all unassigned tickets so they can pick up any tickets that have not yet been dealt with - read more
