Ability to close a live chat / chatbot conversation from Slack
We have integrated the chatflow function with Slack (which is amazing). It would be great if we would be able to close the chat conversations from within Slack, please.

add dependent fields to survey questions
it would be great to be able to add logic to survey questions in Hubspot. Creating a custom survey is great but we should be able to include conditional fields

Allow an option to suppress registration emails for users added to private lists
It would be nice to be able to suppress/prevent the registration email that goes out when a user gets added to a list to view a private knowledge base. If we could just add the user to the list and when/if they are directed to our knowledge base fr read more
