Multi-language option for Chinese should not be categorize based on locations

Adding Chinese (Taiwan) to knowledgebase languages
The language for our knowledge base is only available for HK and China versions. As for"Chinese - China" version, it shows "中文（中國)" aligned with "Chinese, China", which may arouse a bit sensitive political issues, especially for my Taiwanese users. read more
