Our Customer Service Team uses a Shared Conversations Inbox.... They create tickets from emails and close out the emails in the inbox once a ticket is created - the inbox then reflects only 'unworked' emails. When using the conversations Inbox i read more

Marketing contacts can only be set through the web at this time. It'll be helpful if the API is built to set marketing contacts through mobile apps too!

In the conacts view it would be beneficial to sort by Primary company. It would be beneficial to be able to sort this column from the contacts page without having to go to the company records.

Most companies have varous e-mails and one of the most used is invoicing e-mail, potentially support e-mails. It would be nice if this/these are default attributes instead of everyone making own versions.
