We use a bot flow that prompts users to search our knowledge base. It'd be great to be able to see how many tickets are deflected (closed because the article answers the user's question) so we can understand the success of the flow. Open to workar Leer más

I'd love to be able to arrange contacts on a company record in order of importance or relevance to the record. Sometimes we have more than 5-10 contacts associated with a company and it would be ideal to arrange them so that the top contacts relevan Leer más

YES PLEASE! We'd like to show our main contacts at the top of the list and move the people we never or rarely need to contact to the bottom.

Would be great to have the ability to create JIRA issues on Conversations inbox and chat in HubSpot. Right now, conversations have a right sidebar where you can create tickets but not JIRA issues. There's a work-around to do this via workflows but w Leer más
