It would be excellent to have the ability to report on a "time between" calculated property that permits the exclusion of weekends or certain dates and times. For example, for the HubSpot default ticket property "Time to close," it would be ideal to read more

Would be great to have the ability to create JIRA issues on Conversations inbox and chat in HubSpot. Right now, conversations have a right sidebar where you can create tickets but not JIRA issues. There's a work-around to do this via workflows but w read more
